• - installing, configuring and maintaining a Linux server
• - taking care of system security through proactive monitoring and regular updates
• - taking care of data backup, optimal server and infrastructure operation
• - implementing appropriate processes for data protection
• - troubleshooting network or hardware/software issues

Basic conditions:

• - knowledge of Linux OS
• - knowledge of network technologies and protocols (VPN; vlan, routing, switching...)
• - knowledge of web stack components (Apache, Nginx, HAProxy, PHP, Redis, Node.js, MySQL-a)

Advantages:

• - work experience as a system administrator, network administrator or similar
• - experience in the administration of Linux server systems
• - advanced experience in configuring mail servers and mail clients
• - knowledge of cron jobs, Bash and/or Python scripting language for automation of repetitive tasks and development of internal tasks and processes
• - experience in working with AWS - knowledge of working with configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible...)
• - knowledge of working with clustering/replication services
• - knowledge of tools for diagnostics and solving technical problems
• - knowledge of working with monitoring tools (Nagios, Icinga, TICK stack, Prometheus, Grafana...)
